Can I choose which training to start with?

Our professional training programme starts with the Foundation Programme. You can begin this with the Intensive Growth Journey or Instincts and Subtypes. In Instincts and Subtypes you learn how our Subtype orientation shows up in our everyday behaviour, and how to work with this. In the Intensive you learn about the motivations which underpin these behaviours, and you practise and experience the method for development with the Enneagram. You must complete the Intensive before you attend Deepening Spiritual Awareness.

Question 2

Do I need to prepare for the Intensive?

Basic knowledge of the Enneagram model and the nine types is required. Without this basic knowledge, participation is very challenging because we don’t explain the 9 Types from the beginning – we expect you to know at least the basics. If you’re not sure about whether you have sufficient basic knowledge, please contact us.

Question 3

Do I need to know my Enneagram type?

Accepted Answer

In order to take part in the Foundation Programme, you need to know your Enneagram type. If you are not sure of your type before taking part, please contact us so we can arrange for a typing interview with one of our trainers. You can also mention this in your registration form.

Question 4

Who are the tutors?

Accepted Answer

Our programmes are taught by a team of experienced Enneagram tutors: Rosemary Cowan, Heather Brown, Helen Watts, Therese Ryan and Antigony Langley. To support participants we also have an experienced team of coaches.

Question 5

Can I enrol for single workshops of the Foundation?

Accepted Answer

We welcome people who want to enrol for the Intensive or Instincts and Subtypes as a single (standalone) workshop. (To enrol for the DSA you must complete the Intensive first).  If you enrol for single workshops you will not then be eligible for  the special deal, so each workshop will cost you a bit more. You can find the special deal and standalone prices on our events page.

Question 6

Can I repeat a Foundation workshop?

Accepted Answer

People often repeat Foundation workshops; they find that each time they do a workshop again, it’s a deeper and richer experience……. and if you repeat a workshop you get it for half price! (You will still need to pay for your accommodation).
