These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any services provided by Enneagram Training UK & Ireland (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our website or booking a training, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website.

1. Who We Are

Enneagram Training UK provides accredited Enneagram-based training, workshops, and coaching to individuals, groups, and organisations.

2. Use of This Website

The content on this website is for general information only and may be subject to change. We make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee this at all times.

3. Bookings and Payments

All course and event bookings are subject to availability. Prices, dates, and formats may change and will be clearly communicated before you confirm your registration.

By booking a course or event:

You confirm that the details you provide are accurate
You agree to our stated payment terms
Your place is only confirmed once payment is received (unless otherwise arranged)

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

- Cancellation up to 2 months before training starts: the training fee is refunded minus an amount for administrative costs of £50 for a 2- and 3-day course and £75 for the 5-day course

- Cancellation between 2 and 1 months before training starts: 50% of the training fee will be refunded

- Cancellation within a month before the training starts: the complete fee must be paid. Even if you haven’t fully paid, this condition applies. If you want someone else to take your place, please talk to us about that.

- If you pay for discounted rate for the 11-day foundation programme, the course fees may be transferred to a future training within a two year period from the start date of the first training you originally booked.

Do not forget that you will also need to cancel your accommodation (hotel, B&B etc), direct with the venue.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including course materials, handouts, slides, and website text, is the intellectual property of Enneagram Training UK or our authorised trainers.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any of our materials without prior written permission, except for your own personal use.

6. Liability

We deliver our training and content with care, but we are not responsible for any outcomes or actions taken based on your interpretation of the Enneagram or course material.

We are not liable for:

Any loss or damage incurred through use of this website or participation in our services
Technical issues, service interruptions, or third-party platform failures beyond our control
